and spurring economic development by retaining, recruiting and advancing our young
emerging leaders.

Ensure young business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals develop a bond with the local community by building a network among their fellow young leaders and our established leaders to build a base of present and future leaders in civic, community, and professional organizations.

Sustain and expand the population of young business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals in our region to encourage a sustainable base of employees to support the present and future growth of our region’s businesses and workforce.

Provide a diversity of events and activities that allow for young business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to advance their professional, leadership and educational skills as well as connect with the Mid-Ohio Valley business/professional community through professional, social, recreational, and civic events.

Increase the number of young business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals that join the Area Chambers of Commerce to provide a strong base of present and future participants/leaders within the organization.
